Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses that is one of the most popular styles of yoga.

 

Sometimes called "Vinyasa Flow Yoga," this type of practice involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures.

 

The fluid, almost dance-like movements increase flexibility, strength, and stamina, as it calms the mind and improves overall health.

Kids Yoga

These sessions are held in  Preschools and Primary Schools.

 

(Classes can also be booked for High School Students) 

 

A fun a creative led practice that focus' on breath, balance and stretching. 

Each week children are introduced to a new theme that supports in building body awareness, self confidence, gross and fine motor skills.

 

Children derive enormous benefits from yoga.

Physically, it enhances their flexibility, strength, 

coordination, and body awareness.

 

In addition, their concentration and sense of calmness and relaxation improves.

UMAMA Yoga currently offers kids yoga classes in preschools in both Sydney and
